He will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Reverend Emmanuel Fernandez officiating the services.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Linda Hebert Tullier of Abbeville; sons, Troy Tullier of Abbeville and Jude Tullier and his wife, Timori of Forked Island; daughters, Mary Lois Rodrique and husband Richard of Baton Rouge and Sherry Tullier of Abbeville; his dog and (Best Friend) Stormy; grandchildren, SPC Cory Landry of Fort Drum, New York, Zane Michel of Gonzales, Joshua Tullier of Abbeville, Libby and Brody Tullier of Forked Island; step grandchildren, Jennifer Lovell and husband Nathan of New Iberia and Jason Rodrique of Walker, LA; step great grandchildren, Hailey and Lauren Rodrique of Denham Springs; sisters, Marlene Tullier of Sorrento, LA, Lucille Ficklin of Prairieville, LA and Genevieve Lessard of St. Amant, LA; and several Aunts and Uncles.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lakewood Tullier; mother, Stella Lee Tullier and a daughter, Donna Faye Tullier.
Mr. Roy worked at Riviana Foods for ten years and Steens Syrup Mill for thirty-five years. He enjoyed wood working and was known for his cypress swings.
