Edmay Mire Davidson

September 6, 1912 — March 29, 2007

Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 01, 2007 at a 1:00 p.m. Communion Service at St. Theresa Church honoring the life of Edmay Davidson, 94, who died March 29, 2007 at Abbeville General Hospital.
She will be laid to rest in Abshire Cemetery with Deacon Chris Mouton officiating the services.
She is survived by one son, Reynold Lavergne; one daughter, Yvonne Youngblood; four grandchildren, Gwendolyn Sterr, Michael Youngblood, Tammy Hedgepetch and Kim Huck; and three great grandchildren, Jamie Sterr, Jenna Sterr and Peyton Hedgepetch.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Wilton Schexnaider and Robert Davidson; and two grandsons, Kenneth Youngblood and Benny Lavergne.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home, 209 South St. Charles, Abbeville, Saturday, March 31st from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m., Sunday, April 1st from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
