Joyce Vice Gary

December 20, 1930 — April 3, 2007

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at a 11:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Theresa Church honoring the life of Joyce Vice Gary, 76, who died April 03, 2007 at her residence.
She will be laid to rest in Abshire Cemetery with Reverend Kenneth Mayne officiating the services. Pallbearers will be Jeffery Gary, David LeMaire, Scott LeMaire, Mitchell Gary, Harris LeMaire, Justin Faulk, and Tyler Faulk.
She is survived by one daughter, Marian LeMaire and her husband Harris; one son, Jeffery M. Gary and his wife Wendy; twelve sisters, Neola Lege, Delores Delahoussaye, Shirley Thibodeaux, Della Broussard, Roseabell Segura, Jeanne LeBlanc, Sarah Breaux, Florence Morvant, Margaret Hebert, Beverly Bourque, Arlene Segura, Darlene Menard; three brothers, Naul Vice, John Vice, and Curlis Vice; seven grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clerphie Vice and the former Marie Leleux; one sister, Charlene Ann Vice, first husband, Mervin Richard; and second husband, Floyd Gary.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home, 209 South St. Charles, Abbeville, Monday, April 9th from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m.; Tuesday, April 10th from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
