Pierre Elwood Broussard

September 19, 1935 — February 10, 2011

Abbeville—Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 13, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Vincent Funeral Home honoring the life of Pierre Elwood Broussard, 75, who died Thursday, February 10, 2011.

He will be laid to rest at St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery with Deacon Randy Hyde officiating the services.

He is survived by one brother, Loycie Broussard; one sister-in-law, Helen M. Broussard; and numerous uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by three brothers, Alvin, Pervis and Raymond Broussard; parents, Adia Broussard and the former Onelia Guidry.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Saturday, February 12, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m. The funeral home will reopen Sunday, February 13, 2011 at 8:00 a.m. until time of service.
