Olympe Baudoin Lormand

June 7, 1919 — February 12, 2011

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held Monday, February 14, 2011 at a 1:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Olympe Baudoin Lormand, 91, who died Saturday, February 12, 2011 at Abrom Kaplan Memorial Hospital. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend David Broussard officiating the services.

She is survived by one son, Hubert Lormand Jr. and his wife, Phyllis Girouard Lormand of Austin, Texas; one daughter, Diana L. Trahan and her husband, Kenneth D. Trahan of Kaplan; two sisters, Lillie Mae B. LeMaire of Kaplan and Joyce B. Braquet of Kaplan; and two grandchildren, Catherine Lormand Cade of Austin, Texas and Amber Trahan of Kaplan.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Lormand Sr.; her parents, Clomare Baudoin and
Sarah LeMaire; six brothers, Ernest, Dudley, Wilbert, Louis, Joseph and Leo Baudoin; and one sister, Rose B. Balbero.
