Leona Lege Hebert

June 30, 1919 — April 18, 2007

Funeral services will be held Monday, April 23, 2007 at a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church honoring the life of Leona L. Hebert, 87, who died April 18, 2007 at Heritage Manor Nursing Home.
She will be laid to rest at St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery.
Leona was a member of the Good Sam Campers Club.
She is survived by one son, Donald G. Hebert and his wife Joanne of Abbeville; one daughter, Barbara Hebert Simon of Abbeville; one brother, L.B. Lege of Nunez; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton "Man" Hebert; her parents, Leon Lege and the former Julia Vice; and one great-great grandson, Connor Menard.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home, 209 South St. Charles, Abbeville, Sunday, April 22nd from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m.; Monday, April 23rd from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
