Abbeville—Funeral services will be held Monday, February 28, 2011 at a 3:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church honoring the life of Brittany Nicole Hopper, 24, who died Thursday, February 24, 2011.

She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Father Scott DesOrmeaux officiating the services. Pallbearers inculde Alex Hernandez, Tommy Hopper, Ronnie Mitchell, Cody Hernandez, Natasha Hernandez and Brent Mitchell.

She is survived by her mother, Meline Harrington Hernandez and her husband, Alex; parents, Thomas R. Hopper, Ronnie Earl Joseph Mitchell and Waldean Harrington; three brothers, Ricky Harrington, Cody Hernandez and Logan Hernandez; and four sisters, Natasha Hernandez, Andrea Hernandez, Brooklyn Hernandez and Alexis Hernandez.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Alexander Hernandez and Coy Mitchell; grandmothers, Audrey Harrington, Hazel Mitchell and Corena Hopper; grandfathers, Lowell Hernandez, Clifford Harrington and Lloyd Mitchell; aunt and uncle, Arma and Eddie Harrington.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Monday, February 28, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. until 3:15 p.m. when the procession will depart for the church.
