Hilda Touchet Viator

December 25, 1911 — March 21, 2011

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 24, 2011 at a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Hilda Touchet Viator, 99, who died Monday, March 21, 2011 at Abbeville General Hospital. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend David Broussard officiating the services.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ulysse Viator; both children, Ernest and Andrus Viator; both brothers, Ednor and Edison Touchet; both sisters, Marie Rena Gallet and Emilda Roche; and her parents, Calice Touchet and the former Amanda Gaspard.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 from 12 noon until 9 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7 p.m.; Thursday, March 24, from 8 a.m until the procession departs for the church.
