Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 10, 2007 at an 11 :00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Theresa Catholic Church honoring the life of Glenn Courtney Gastal, 61, who died May 07, 2007 at Abbeville General Hospital.
He will be laid to rest in St. Paul Cemetery with Father Bill Rogalla officiating the services.
He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Faye Hebert Gastal; one son, Scott Gastal and friend Alicia Hargrave of Abbeville; four daughters, Dawn Agilar and her husband Tony of Maurice, Courtney Hulin and her husband Todd of Abbeville, Robin Girouard and her husband Chad of Erath and Leslie Sagrera and her husband Sonny of Esther; his mother, Eunice Choate Gastal; one sister, Mary Alice Frederick and her husband Benji of Abbeville; and seven grandchildren, Alaina Hulin, Hunter Girouard, Hayden Girouard, Trey Agilar, Ty Agilar, Solomon Sagrera and Lucas Sagrera.
He was preceded in death by his father, Dalton Gastal.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home, 209 South St. Charles, Abbeville, Wednesday, May 9th from 11 :00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. with a rosary prayed at 7:00 p.m.; Thursday, May 10th from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
