Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 10, 2007 at an 2 :00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Theresa Catholic Church honoring the life of Charlene Porter Bourque, 83, who died May 09, 2007 at her residence. She will be laid to rest in Graceland Cemetery with Deacon David Vaughn officiating the services. She is survived by her three sons, Glenn D. Bourque of Maurice, Donald J. Bourque and wife Charlotte of Meaux and David W. Bourque of Maurice; a daughter, Cheryl B. LeBlanc and husband Ricky of Maurice; a brother, Boyd Porter of Abbeville; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dudley Bourque; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Onis and Edna Choate Porter; and a nephew, Wayne Porter. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home, 209 South St. Charles, Abbeville, Wednesday, May 9th from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. with a rosary prayed at 7:00 p.m.; Thursday, May 10th from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
