Graveside traditions to follow in Indian Bayou United Methodist Cemetery with Reverend John Vining officiating the services.
She is survived by her husband, Terry Robert Dartez; son, Matthew Dartez; daughter, Caitlin Dartez; two brothers, Chad Stewart and Edward Stewart; and two sisters, Rachel Giroir and Carla Stewart.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Edith Holcomb Stewart.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Abbeville United Methodist Church, 213 N. State Street, on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 from 1:00 p.m. until time of services.
Her family wishes to thank Dr's Chancellor Donald, John Rainey and PA Felicia Case and the staff of Louisiana Oncology and Dr Henry Kaufman IV and NP Joan Broussard and the staff at Surgical Specialists of Lafayette for their compassionate care during her illness.
