Minos Baudoin

February 11, 1935 — April 22, 2011

Abbeville-Memorial services will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, April 29, 2011 at Abbeville Main Fire Station, 210 W. Vermilion Street, Abbeville honoring the life of Minos Baudoin, 76, who died Friday, April 22, 2011.

He leaves his memory to his seven children: Marty Baudoin, Alicia Reyes, Tamara Baudoin and husband Jerry, Timothy Baudoin and wife Martina, Boyd Baudoin and wife Cheryl, Kimberly Baudoin, and Keith Baudoin and wife Heidi. His grandchildren: Sydney Baudoin, Kristen Zamora, Mitchell Moreau and wife, Kelli Zamora, Amber Gastal and husband, D.J. Migues, Gabby Migues, Briana Baudoin, Jade Baudoin, and Caleb Baudoin. His great grandchildren: Landon, Gage, Casey, Jace, Carlie, and Jaden. His only surviving brother, Walter Baudoin and three surviving sisters Elia Guidry, Una Baudoin, and Laurence Perales.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 55 years, Joann. Parents Emile and Alicia Baudoin. His brothers Aristile, Noah, Otto, Mitch, and Joe. His sisters Louise Duhon and Edith Broussard.

He was a devoted, loving, and hardworking father and grandfather. To those who knew him, he was a heroic firefighter for 40 years, and a lifetime member of the Louisiana Fire Chiefs Association. He will be GREATLY missed by all who knew him.

It comforts us to know that his and his wife's souls are reunited for eternity.
