Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 15, 2007 at a 2:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Theresa Catholic Church honoring the life of Cod ray Marie Sonnier Vincent, 76, who died May 14, 2007 at Abbeville General Hospital. She will be laid to rest in St. Paul Mausoleum with Reverend Kenneth Mayne officiating the services. She is survived by one son, Billy P. Vincent and his wife Florine of Meaux; two sisters, Gayle S. Broussard of Erath and Laura F. Clark of Abbeville; six grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ewell J. Vincent; son, Terry J. Vincent; granddaughter, Crystal Vincent; her parents, Eno Joseph Sonnier and the former Effie Elizabeth Dupuy; and siblings, Dave Sonnier, Helen Sonnier and Verna S. Schexnaider. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home, 209 South St. Charles, Abbeville, Monday, May 14th from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m.; Tuesday, May 15th from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
