Estella Fontenot Hargrave

August 2, 1913 — May 12, 2011

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 14, 2011 at a 1 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Estella Fontenot Hargrave, 97, who died Thursday, May 12, 2011 at Gueydan Memorial Guest Home. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend Kendal Faulk officiating the services.

She is survived by two sons, Collins Broussard of New Iberia and Floyd Broussard of Texas; one daughter, Laura Lee Hebert of Lafayette; 11 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Isadore Hargrave; one son, Sabry Broussard Jr.; and one daughter, Delores Broussard.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Saturday, May 14, 2011 from 9 a.m. until the procession departs for the church. A rosary will be prayed at 11 a.m.
