A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church, on Tuesday, May 29, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. honoring the life of Laura Lynn Denaise Frederick, 74, of Abbeville, who died May 25, 2007 at a Galveston hospital. Burial was in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery in Erath with Reverend William Rogalla and Deacon Chris Mouton officiating. Mrs. Frederick is survived by her husband, Rayward Frederick; a son Kevin Delahoussaye and wife Robin; a daughter, Tammy DeRouen and husband Kendall; three step children, Phillip Frederick and wife Kelly, Richard Frederick and Cindy Eberhart and husband Glen; eight grandchildren, Chase DeRouen, Trey DeRouen, Zachary Frederick, Kyle Frederick, Jared Frederick, Curt Eberhart, Heather Gautreau and Taylor Delahoussaye; two great grandchildren, Alexandra Gautreau and Gaven Gautreau. She is preceded in death by her parents Mr. and Mrs. Adam and Gladys Broussard Denaise. Pallbearers include Curt Eberhart, Scott Cart, Trey DeRouen, Chase DeRouen, Bryan Hebert and Phillip Frederick. Honorary Pallbearers are Jared Frederick and Zackary Frederick. Gift Bearers will be Taylor Delahoussaye and Heather Gautreau. Readers include David Bertrand and Lynn Bourque, with Corey Melebeck, Jeremy Bertrand, Paul Kieu and Emily Bertrand serving as altar servers. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home, 209 South St. Charles, Abbeville, Monday, May 28th from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m.; and resume Tuesday, May 29th from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
