Dianna Romero

January 7, 1946 — June 2, 2011

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 4, 2011 at a 12 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Dianna Romero, 65, who died Thursday, June 2, 2011 at Lafayette General Medical Center. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend Ted Broussard officiating the services.

She is survived by two sons, Joel Romero and his wife, Peggy and Jonathon Romero and his wife, Dana, all of Cow Island; one daughter, Jennifer Romero and Timothy Faul of Duson; four grandchildren, Austin Romero, Brooklynne Romero, Alexander Romero and Lily Faul; and Louissy Romero Jr. of Kaplan.

She was preceded in death by parents, Fred Mouton and the former Gladys Hardy; and one grandson, Matthew Romero.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Friday, June 3, 2011 from 3 p.m. until 10 p.m.; Saturday, June 4, from 8 a.m. until the procession departs for the church.
