October 10, 1928 — June 12, 2011

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at a 2 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Frances Xavier Cabrini Chapel honoring the life of Margaret Sellers David, 82, who died Sunday, June 12, 2011 at Eastridge Assisted Living Center. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend Kendal Faulk officiating the services.

She is survived by three sons, Bill David and his wife, Roxane, Doug David and his wife, Pam, and Gary David, all of Kaplan; three daughters, Tissa and her husband, Justin Matthews of Kaplan, Annette and her husband, Blake Hebert of Mandeville, and Beth and her husband, Jody Faulk of Kaplan; one sister, Sylvia and her husband, Ernie Broussard of Estherwood; fifteen grandchildren, Amanda, Nicholas, Blaine, Brad, and Romey David, Marty and Alyson Matthews, Andrea M. Burdette, Layla D. Primeaux, Jessie D. Leger, Leah H. Adams, Kelli Hebert, and Shane, Jake and D.J. Faulk; and eight great grandchildren; Sabe, Adler, Jayci, Brenden, Zeb, Adelaide, Blakely and Courtlin.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sabra David; her parents, Romauld and Lorina Sellers; and two sisters, Helen Myers and Gertrude Broussard.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Ms. Margaret's memory to Maltrait Memorial Catholic School, One Crusader Square, Kaplan, LA 70548.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Monday, June 13, 2011 from 1 p.m. until 9 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7 p.m.; Tuesday, June 14, 2011 from 10 a.m. until the procession departs for the church.
