Irene Pontiff Hebert

KAPLAN — Memorial services will be held at a later date honoring the life of Irene Pontiff Hebert, 79, who died Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at Vermilion Health Care Center.

She is survived by one son, Ricky Hebert and his wife, Christina; two daughters, Elaine Hebert and her companion, Kirby Guidry and Tammy Hebert and her companion, Clint Dupuy; two sisters, Shirley Mouton and her husband, Wilson and Clara Belle Desormeaux and her husband, Roely, all of Abbeville; thirteen grandchildren; and sixteen great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Huey Hebert; one son, Purvis Hebert; one great grandson, Grant Byron; and her parents, Louis Pontiff and the former Ida Duhon.
