Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Luther Pierre Henry, 94, who died Saturday, June 18, 2011 at Kaplan Healthcare Center. He will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Rev. Lane Payne officiating the services.

He is survived by his daughter, Judy H. Wiggins of Kaplan; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Viola R. Henry; his parents, Amie Henry and the former Pelagie Herpin; six brothers; and one sister.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 from 10 a.m. until services.
