Abbeville—Funeral services will be held Monday, August 1, 2011 at a 2:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Therese of the Child Jesus Church honoring the life of Edgar Lee, Jr., 66, who died Friday, July 29, 2011 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital.

He will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Reverend Kenneth Mayne officiating the services.

He is survived by his wife, Sheran Ann Broussard Lee of Abbeville; two sons, Chad Lee and wife Brandi of Lake Charles and Derek Lee of Abbeville; two daughters, Christine Lee and wife Lisa of Lake Charles and Jermaine Lee Martin and husband Partick of Lake Charles; four grandchildren, Bailey Lee, Chad A. Lee, Patrick K. Martin and Matthew Martin; sister, Mary L. Broussard of Forked Island; and a friend of the family, Dillon Turner of Abbeville.

He was preceded in death by his father, Edgar Lee, Sr.; mother, Odile Lege Lee; brother, Harlod Lee; and sister, Henrietta Bodin.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Sunday, July 31, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m. The family will reopen on Monday, August 1, 2011, from 8:00 a.m. till time of services.
