He is survived by his sons, John Paul Mayard and David S. Mayard; daughter, Nikol Kremer; father, Arthur Mayard, Sr.; brothers, Brian James Mayard and H. Michael Mayard; sister, Phyllis Wingo.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Arthur Mayard Jr. and his mother,the former Ruby Lopez.
