Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, September 3, 2011 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Larry Vincent, 60, who died Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at Vermilion Health Care Center. He will be laid to rest at Hebert Cemetery with Deacon David Vaughn officiating the services.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Brenda L. Vincent; one son, Shane Wade Vincent and his wife, Peggy of Elton; one daughter, Rhesa Vincent of Kaplan; and five grandchildren, Collis LeBlanc Vincent of Jennings, Zachary Vincent, Trey Michael Vincent, Wyatt Vincent and Sadie Vincent, all of Elton.

He was preceded in death by one grandson, Holden Marcus Vincent; his parents, Lee Roy and Ella Vincent; and one sister, Linda Vincent Domingue.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Friday, September 2, 2011 from 10:00 am until 10:00 pm with a rosary being prayed at 7:00 pm; Saturday, September 3, 2011 from 8:00 am until time of services.
