Geneva Breaux

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, September 25, 2011 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Mary Geneva Martin Breaux, 81, who died Friday, September 23, 2011 at Abrom Kaplan Memorial Hospital. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Deacon Paul Roy Eleazar officiating the services.

She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Ivan J. Breaux of Kaplan; three sons, Thomas Lee Breaux and his wife, Sarah of Bossier City, Bruce D. Breaux and his wife, Charlene of Leleux and Kenny Breaux and his wife, Angie of Kaplan; four daughters, Charlene and her husband, Randy Villejoin of Indian Bayou, Sandra Breaux of Kaplan, Brenda and her husband, Florian Rivet of Maurice and Jacquelin and her husband, Tim Broussard of Kaplan; 15 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Martin; two great granchildren, Austin and Samara Breaux; and her sister, Theresa Cormier.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Saturday, September 24, 2011 from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 7 p.m.; Sunday, September 25, from 8 a.m. until services.
