Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Mary Della Romero Miller, 85, who died Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. She will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Deacon David Vaughn officiating the services.

She is survived by two sons, Michael L. Miller and his wife, Betty of Kaplan and David R. Miller and his wife, Rachel of Kaplan; three sisters, Eva Hargrave of Scott, Marlene Landry of Crowley, and Lillian Hudson of Kansas; one brother, Edward Francis Romero of Abbeville; and several grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Esten Miller; her parents, Felecien Romero and the former Theodice Primeaux; and her son, Paul Weston Miller.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 7 p.m.; Wednesday, October 12, from 8 a.m. until services.
