KAPLAN—Memorial services will be held at a later date honoring the life of Charlene Grace Guidry, 59, who died Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at Kaplan Healthcare Center.

She is survived by one daughter, Gayla Rudd of Duson; one son, Terence Hebert of Lafayette; one sister, Barbara Greene of Kaplan; two brothers, Russell Guidry and Gerald Guidry, both of Cow Island; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leo Guidry and the former Mazie Menard; and one granddaughter, Natalia Rudd.
