Clifton Paul "Cliff" Dartez

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, December 16, 2011 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Clifton Paul Dartez, 75, who died Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at Heart Hospital of Lafayette. Deacon David Vaughn will be officiating the services.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Mary Rose Rung Dartez of Kaplan; his son, Jody James Dartez and his wife Tilly of Kaplan; his daughter, Debra Ann and her husband Harry Istre of Kaplan; three grandchildren, Shantell Guidry, Justin Dartez and Brandon Dartez; and two great grandchildren, Lauren Ashley Guidry and Tanner Jones.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Semar Dartez and the former Eugenia Hebert; and one sister, Lovenia "T-Low" LeMaire.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Thursday, December 15, 2011 from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 6 p.m.; Friday, December 16, from 8 a.m. until services.
