Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, December 26, 2011 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Larry Bertrand, 64, who died Thursday, December 22, 2011 at Cannon Hospice. He will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Deacon Rodless LeLeux officiating the services.

He is survived by one sister, Jacqueline Landry of Harvey; two brothers, Dennis John Bertrand of Covington and Justin K. Bertrand of Harvey; one godchild, Jamie Bertrand of Covington; two nephews, Jared Bertrand and Jordan Landry; and one niece, Jessica Coleman.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Kirby Bertrand and the former Ora Josephine LeMaire; one brother, Thomas Bertrand; and one sister, Linda Bertrand.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Monday, December 26, 2011 from 11 a.m. until services.
