Nickolas Lee Thibodeaux

Abbeville— Memorial services will take place at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 18, 2012 at Vincent Funeral Home Abbeville honoring the life of Nickolas Lee Thibodeaux, 39, who died Thursday, January 26, 2012.

Nick had a deep love for his family and a love of all things Cajun.

His family would like to extend a heartful thanks and appreciation, for the loving care he received in his time of need, to the doctors and staff, especially the I.C.U. nurses and staff of Abbeville General Hospital.

He is survived by his mother, Wilda R. (Ponkie) Thibodeaux; five brothers, Louis B. Thibodeaux, Jr., Robert P. Thibodeaux, Sr., Jonathan C. Thibodeaux, Sr., Christopher J. Thibodeaux and Michael J. Thibodeaux; a sister, Barbara T. Bourque; his godchildren, Tiffany M. Thibodeaux and Katelyn C. Thibodeaux; seven nieces; eight nephews; four great nieces; and five great nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Louis B. Thibodeaux; sister, Melissa A. Thibodeaux; great niece Lena Ann Thibodeaux; maternal grandparents, Whitney J. and Hilda Robicheaux; and paternal grandparents, Purvis J. and Beulah Thibodeaux, Sr.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Saturday, February 18, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. until time of service.
