Lucie Marie Primeaux Lormand

Abbeville—Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at a 2:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Therese of the Child Jesus Church honoring the life of Lucie Marie Primeaux Lormand, 82, who died Monday, February 20, 2012 at Abbeville General Hospital.

She will be laid to rest at Graceland Cemetery with Reverend Kenneth Mayne officiating the services. Pallbearers will be Brian Monteaux, Jay Monteaux, Lonnie Monteaux, Chad Vincent, Tommy Vincent and Tommy James Vincent.

She is survived by her two daughters, Velia Monteaux and Lonnie Monteaux , Connie Vincent and her husband Tommy; step-son, Raymond William Lormand of Bristol, England; brother, Leo Perry of Houston, TX; daughter-in-law, Susan Lormand; grandsons, Chad W. Vincent and his wife Tressa of Erath, Christopher W. Vincent and his wife Sara of New Mexico, Tommy J. Vincent, Kyi W. Lormand and his wife Tammy, Brian James Monteaux and his wife Ashlie, and Jay Anthony Monteaux and his wife Karen; and a host of great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry W, Lormand; son, Donnie William Lormand; and sister, Beulah Meaux.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 from 8:00 a.m. until 1:45 p.m. when the procession will depart for the church. A rosary will be prayed at noon.
