Hazel Marie Mouton

Gueydan—Funeral services will be held Monday, March 19, 2012 at a 1:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peter the Apostle Roman Catholic Church honoring the life of Hazel Marie Mouton, 79, who died Saturday, March 17, 2012 at the Gueydan Memorial Guest Home. She will be laid to rest at Gueydan Cemetery with Reverend Jason Vidrine officiating the services.

She is survived by five sons, Mike Mouton of Gueydan, Gordon LeMaire and his wife, Brenda of Tyler, Texas, Mark Mouton and his wife, Michelle of Gueydan, Barry LeMaire and his wife, Donna of Gueydan, and Donald LeMaire and his wife, Jetty of Gueydan; four daughters, Linda and her husband, Wade Cormier of Gueydan, Delores Harrington and her significant other, Adam Hebert of Gueydan, Mona and her husband, Greg Hebert of Erath, and Donna and her husband, Conny Maplaes of Sulphur; twenty-three grandchildren; and thirty-three great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Patrick Mouton; parents, Exavier LeMaire and the former Nella Vincent; one brother, Percy LeMaire and his wife, Hazel; one sister, Theresa LeMaire; and one grandson, Jonathan Bourque.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Gueydan, 311 Fourth Street, on Sunday, March 18, 2012 from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 7 p.m.; Monday, March 19, from 8 a.m. until 1:15 p.m. when the procession will depart for the church.
