Kaplan—Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at a 1 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church honoring the life of Agnes Matthew Hebert, 91, who died Friday, March 16, 2012 at her residence. She will be laid to rest at Leroy Cemetery with Reverend Gregory Simeon officiating the services.

She is survived by one son, Nolan John Hebert of Sulphur; two daughters, Melba H. LeBlanc of Abbeville and Shirley H. Hebert of Kaplan; eight grandchildren; and sixteen great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George J. Hebert.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 from 8 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. when the procession will depart for the church. A rosary will be prayed at 10 a.m.
