Abbeville—Memorial services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 24, 2012 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Earl Joseph Mills, Jr., 80, who died Sunday, March 18, 2012 at his residence.

Deacon David Vaughn will officiate the services.

He is survived by his wife, Velma Delcambre Mills of Perry; one son, David Mills and his wife, Janie of Lafayette; two daughters, Kim M. Kessler-Pritchard and her husband, Bob of Needville, TX, and Linda M. Trahan and her husband, Neggy of Youngsville; one sister, Rose Marie Mills Suire and her husband, Raymond of Perry; eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Jenny Richard; parents, Earl Joseph Mills, Sr. and the former Dora Louisa Nunez; maternal grandparents, Felex Nunez and the former Edna O'Neil; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Mills; and brother, Gerald D. Mills.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Saturday, March 24, 2012 from 8:00 a.m. until time or services.
