Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Fred Adams, 89, who died Sunday, March 25, 2012 at Heart Hospital of Lafayette. He will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Reverend David Broussard officiating the services.

He is survived by one brother, Norris Adams of Morgan City.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Aristile Adams and the former Ella Marceaux, three sisters, Lenora "Feaul" Duhon, Levie Faulk and Mary Lou Hernandez and three brothers, Lloyd, Mahlan and Elwood Adams.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 from 9 a.m. until services; with a rosary being prayed at 11 a.m.
