She will be laid to rest at Graceland Cemetery with Pastor David Delino officiating the services.
She is survived by her husband, Douglas Howard, Sr. of Abbeville; daughter, Trenda Nichols Pratt of Abbeville; son, Michael Joe Howard and his wife, Amber of Abbeville; step son, Douglas Wayne Howard, Jr. of Fort Collins, CO; mother, Melba Delino Cormier of Cade; father-in-law, Sidney Joe Howard; mother-in-law, Lillie Pearl Howard; two brothers, Anthony Leccese and his wife, Glenda of Liberty, TX, and John Leccese and his wife, Linda of Jay, FL; two sisters, Mary Leccese Touchet of Cade and Gail Leccese Greco and her husband, David of Abbeville; grandchildren, Danielle Howard, Andrew Pratt, Rose Mary Howard and Jaid Lynn Howard; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Jasper Leccese; step father, Clifton Cormier; mother-in-law, Yvonne C. Theriot; sister-in-law, Jeanie H. Ardoin; and niece, Kayla Glynn Leccese.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Friday, April 13, 2012 from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.; Saturday, April 14, 2012 from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
