Funeral services will be held Friday, September 21, 2007 at a 10:00 a.m.. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Theresa Catholic Church honoring the life of Eunice Vincent Richard, 81, who died September 19, 2007 at Heritage Manor Nursing Home. She will be laid to rest at St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery with Reverend Kenneth Mayne officiating the services. Eunice was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother and her greatest joy was being surrounded by her family. She is survived by one son, Benny Richard and wife Debra of Erath; one daughter, Charlene Lebeouf Robicheaux and husband Dickey of Abbeville; five grandchildren, Casey R. Buras of Abbeville, Troy Robicheaux of Abbeville, Benjie Richard of Erath, Brandy Richard of Erath and Brittany Richard of Erath; two great grandchildren, Tyler and Laney Buras of Abbeville; and one sister, Mazie Vincent Bourque of Houston. She was preceded in death by her 1 st husband, Ravis Lebeouf; 2nd husband, Henry Richard; one daughter, Sherry Lebeouf; parents, Gerasin Vincent and the former Amelia Hebert; sisters, Elore Vincent, Gladys V. Broussard, Larfae V. Abshire and twin sister, Una V. Roy. She was a member of the St. Theresa Ladies Altar Society and participated in the church choir. She was a sitter who cared for the elderly. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home, 209 South St. Charles, Abbeville, Thursday, September 20th from 11 :30 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m.; Friday, September 21st from 8:00 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. when the procession will depart for the church.
