Joseph Winston Broussard

September 12, 1942 — June 16, 2012

Kaplan—Funeral services will be held Monday, June 18, 2012 at a 2:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Anne Catholic Church honoring the life of Joseph Winston Broussard, 69, who died Saturday, June 16, 2012. He will be laid to rest at Harrington Cemetery with Reverend Keith Landry officiating the services.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Joyce Istre Broussard of Forked Island; one son, Craig Broussard and his wife Terrie of Breaux Bridge; one daughter, Lynette Broussard and her husband Doug Renard of Maurice; four grandchildren, Lauryn Renard, Derek Broussard, Dylan Broussard, and Luke Renard; and one sister-in-law, Lorraine Broussard of Forked Island.

He was preceded in death by by his parents, Lovelace Broussard Sr. and Irene Broussard; and two brothers, Harvey and Lovelace Broussard Jr.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Sunday, June 17, 2012 from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7 p.m.; Monday, June 18, 2012 from 9 a.m. until the procession departs for church.
