Abbeville—Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 28, 2012 at a 2:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Therese of the Child Jesus Church honoring the life of Camille St. Amant, 85, who died Monday, June 25, 2012 at Abbeville General Hospital.

He will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Monsignor Romero and Reverend Kenneth Mayne officiating the services.

He is survived by his son,
Keith St. Amant of Abbeville; and sister, Anna St. Amant Marceaux.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Amelia Suire St. Amant; son, Joseph St. Amant; brother, Aldes St. Amant; sisters, Rosina St. Amant Romero, Evana St. Amant; step-sisters, Eva St. Ament, Odem Brasher; step-brother, Dominic St. Amant; parents, Ambroise St. Amant and the former
Nastasic Trahan.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m.; Thursday , June 28, 2012, from 9:00 a.m. until 1:45 p.m. when the procession will depart for the church.
