Sybil Marie Graffeo

She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Reverend William C. Blanda officiating the services.
Mrs. Sybil Marie Graffeo, was a native and resident of Abbeville, Louisiana. She enjoyed playing Bingo and spending time with family and friends.
Sybil will be remembered as a devoted mother, grandmother and loving person.
Sybil is survived by her husband, Paul Anthony Graffeo; daughter, Allison Guidry Broussard; son-in-law, Lonnie Allen Broussard; grandchild, Grace Elizabeth Broussard; former husband, Lamson Mitchell Guidry; sisters, Johnnie Mae Foster Busic and Sylvia Ann Foster d’Augereau; dear relatives, Dona Dean Bertrand Richard and Stephanie Barras Boudreaux; godchildren, Martin Leblanc, Troy Thomas, Gerald Guidry, III and Ryan Pratt.
Sybil was preceded in death by her parents, Martin Coolidge and Yolande Mire Foster; grandparents, John and Roseline Guilbeaux Mire; grandparents, Albert and Elizabeth Miller Foster; nephew, Danny Jude Thomas; and godchild, Rory Barrett Boudreaux.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Thursday, August 2, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m.; Friday, August 3, 2012, from 8:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. when the procession will depart for the church.
The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to her sister, Sylvia d’Augereau, and her dear friend, Stephanie Boudreaux who helped care for her during the roughest of times. We are forever grateful for your love, patience and support throughout the course of her illness.
