Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, August 20, 2012 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of John Udly Hebert, 77, who died Sunday, August 19, 2012 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. He will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Deacon Rodless Leleux officiating the services.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Bertile M. Hebert of Kaplan; two sons, Blake Hebert and his wife, Annette of Mandeville and Brent Hebert and his wife, Amy of Magnolia, Texas; five grandchildren: Lexi, Cade and Cole Hebert, all of Magnolia, Texas, Leah Adams of Lafayette, and Kelli Hebert of Lafayette; and three great grandchildren, Blakely and Presly Adams, both of Lafayette and Courtlin Moran of Lafayette.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Udes Hebert and the former Viriginia Miller.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Sunday, August 19, 2012 from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 7 p.m.; Monday, August 20, from 8 a.m. until services.
