Lovelace “Bud” Chauvin

October 31, 1933 — December 8, 2007

Funeral services will be held Monday, December 10, 2007 at an 1:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Theresa Catholic Church honoring the life of Lovelace “Bud” Chauvin, 74 who died peacefully Saturday, December 8, 2007 at his residence in Abbeville.
He will be laid to rest in St. Paul Cemetery..
He is survived by his wife of 52 years , Dorothy Mae Leleaux Chauvin of Abbeville; a son Anthony “Tony” Chauvin and wife Melissa Miguez Chauvin of Abbeville; a daughter Donna Chauvin of Abbeville; two grandchildren, Blake Chauvin of Abbeville and Amanda Blanchard also of Abbeville; and two sisters, Lola Lange of Abbeville and Laura Chauvin of Vidor, TX .
Bud will be sadly missed by his wife, children, grandchildren, and a host of many friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Sidney Chauvin; mother, Bella Rose Perry; and a brother, Lennis Chauvin.
Visititation will be from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m. Saturday, December 08, 2007, reopen at 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. Sunday, December 9, 2007, and reopen at 8 a.m. until service Time Monday, December 10, 2007.
