She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Pastor Curtis Gibson officiating the services.
Sandy was a resident of Abbeville, LA. She was a wonderful wife and mother. Her family meant everything to her. She loved going to church and enjoyed reading, watching her favorite movies and television shows, spending quality time with her family and playing Farmville. She also enjoyed going to the flea markets and the occasional garage sales. We lost an incredible woman and The Lord gained one of the best angels.
She is survived by her loving husband of 12 years, Whitney "Joe" Vincent of Abbeville; three children, Chantelle Derouen and spouse Lyndsae of Abbeville, Michael Stracener and spouse Sheree of Derrider, La and Tammy Piazza of Centerpoint, La; mother, Joyce Crawford of Rosepine, La; three brothers, Jimmy Johnson of Marksville, La, Mikey Crawford of Rosepine, La, Dennis Plummer of Abbeville and Paul Plummer of Abbeville; five sisters, Patricia Perkins, Paula Johnson, Pam Stevens, Kim Beverly and Sue Johnson, all of Derrider, La; three grandchildren, Amber Moreau, Kayla Moreau and Landon Piazza.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Johnson; son, Joseph Sapia; and daughter, Sandy Piazza.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.; Wednesday October 17, 2012, from 8:00 a.m. until time of service.
