Abbeville—Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 26, 2012 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Velton Joseph Hebert, 71, who died Monday, October 22, 2012 at Abbeville General Hospital.

He will be laid to rest at St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery with Deacon Randy Hyde officiating the services.

He is survived by his wife, Suzanne Hardy Hebert of Abbeville; son, Robert Hebert of Castle Rock, WA; two daughters, Liza Middleton of Kelso, WA and Tammy Rodrequez of Toledo, WA; brother, Joyce Hebert of Jennings; sister, Audrey Kegley of Crowley; and six grandchildren, Randy Middleton, Brandon Middleton, Daniel Rodrequez, Miranda Rodrequez, Christian Rodrequez and Kevin Hebert.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Hebert and the former Beatrice Klumpp; son, Kevin Hebert; and brother, Curby Hebert.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Friday, October 26, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. until time of services.
