2008 at a 1:00 p.m.. Mass of
Christian Burial in Our Lady of
Perpetual Help honoring the life
of Frances Meyers Roy, 66, who
died January 02, 2008 at Iberia
Medical Center.
She will be laid to rest at Our
Lady of Perpetual Help
Cemetery with Reverend
Gregory Simien officiating the
services. Pallbearers will be
Myles Roy, David Roy, Chris
Hebert, Spencer Roy, Jarrod
Roy and Colby Roy.
She is survived by her
husband, Charlet J. Roy of
LeRoy; three sons, Myles Roy of
LeRoy, Dane Roy and wife
Debbie of LeRoy and David Roy
and wife Tammy of LeRoy;
grandchildren, Chris Hebert of
Erath, Spencer Roy of Erath,
Jarrod Roy of LeRoy, Colby Roy
of LeRoy, Courtney Roy of
LeRoy and Victoria Hargrave of
Lyons Point; three great
grandchildren; mother, Regina
Meyers of Nunez; and one sister,
Joyce Childress of Lafayette.
She was preceded in death
by her father, Deuas Meyers.
The family requests that
visiting hours be observed at
Vincent Funeral Home, 209
South St. Charles, Abbeville,
Thursday, January 3rd from 2:30
p.m. until 10:00 p.m. with a
rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m.;
Friday, January 4th from 8:00
a.m. until 12:30 p.m. when the procession will depart for the church.
