Funeral
services will be held
Wednesday, January 09,2008 at
a 2:00 p.m.. Mass of Christian
Burial at St. Theresa Catholic
Church honoring the life of
Agnes Moore Dore', 92, who
died January 07, 2007 at her
residence.
She will be laid to rest at Our
Lady of Lourdes Cemetery in
Erath with Father Kenneth
Mayne officiating the services.
Agnes was a parishioner of
St. Theresa Catholic Church.
She was a member of the Ladies
Altar Society.
She is survived by one son,
Patrick Dore' of Abbeville; one
daughter, Mrs. Bernard J. (Berna
Dean) Barilleaux of Lafayette;
one daughter-in-law, Linda B.
Dore' of Marshall, TX; one
sister-in-law, Mrs. Edier (Rose)
Moore of Erath; six
grandchildren; ten great
grandchildren; and six great
great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death
by her husband, Hubal Dore';
one son, Thomas Dale Dore';
parents, Willie Moore and the
former Melanie Richard; three
brothers, Edier Moore, Dewey
Moore and Theo Moore; and two
sisters, Theola M. Romero and
Ella Belle M. Suire.
Pallbearers are Bernard J. Barilleaux, Patrick Dore', O.J. Dore', Donald Sehon, Lloyd Armentor, and D.J. Jarratt. Honorary pallbearers are Dwayne Dore' and Brian Dore'.
The family wishes to thank
her caregivers, Barbara
Edwards, Rhonda Hanks, Barbara Joseph, Leona Washington, Phyllis
MacKey and Elizabeth Bessard.
The family requests that
visiting hours be observed at
Vincent Funeral Home, 209
South St. Charles, Abbeville,
Tuesday, January 8th from 9:00
a.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary
to be prayed at 7:00 p.m.; Wednesday, January 9th from
8:00 a.m. until service time.
