Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 10, 2008 at Vincent Funeral Home honoring the life of Barbara Lene' Hebert, 81, who died January 08, 2008 at Maison du Monde Living Center. She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery with Father Greg Chauvin officiating the services. She is survived by her husband, Robert Hebert; one son, Robert Hebert, Jr. and wife Patti DeHart of Abbeville; one daughter, Pamela H. Gaspard and husband Richard of Abbeville; one brother, Larry Lene' and wife Sharran of Lafayette; three grandchildren, Julie G. Champagne and husband Jude of Erath, Michelle Gaspard of Abbeville and Matthew Gaspard of Abbeville; and three great grandchildren, Lilli Champagne, Kate Champage and Colby Campbell. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alcide Lene and the former Pamela LeBlanc; and one sister, Beverly Doucet. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home, 209 South St. Charles, Abbeville, Thursday, January 10th from 9:00 a.m. until time of services with a rosary to be prayed at 11 :00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Barbara Lene' Hebert's memory to Hospice of Acadiana, 2600 Johnston Street, Suite 200, Lafayette, LA 70503-3240.
