Abbeville—Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Violet White, 72, who died Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at her residence.

She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery.

She is survived by sons, Ernie Navarro and companion, Cecilia Touchet, and Destin White and wife, Amy; sisters, Holly Suire, Nesta Vaughn and Bonnie Campbell; brothers, Carlton Vaughn, Dusty Vaughn; grandchildren, Aaron White, Anna White, Derrick Navarro, Jade Navarro and Christen Bernard; great grandchildren, Carlee Leblanc, Kaitlyn Leblanc, Brailee Mathers and Damion Sellers; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by husband, Minos White; father, Leslie Herbin Vaughn; mother, Rosella Vincent Vaughn; sons, Darrel Navarro and Lance Navarro; sister, Winnie Lacroix and Regina Goode; brothers, Darvin Vaughn, Doely Vaughn, Leslie Vaughn, Victor Vaughn and Stanford Vaughn.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. ; Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
