Kaplan—Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, December 24, 2012 at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan honoring the life of Guy P. Theriot, 46, who died Friday, December 21, 2012 at his residence. He will be laid to rest at Kaplan Cemetery with Deacon Byron Soley officiating the services.

He is survived by four sons, John Thibodeaux of Lake Arthur, Dannon Mouton of Kaplan, and Brock and Brendan Theriot, both of Crowley; four sisters, Vickie and her husband, Dale LeMaire of Abbeville, Lori Hebert of Kaplan, Mellisa and her husband, Brant Soley of Kaplan, Melinda and her husband, Brady Abshire of Abbeville; three brothers, Anthony Theriot and his wife, Lupe of Abbeville, Brent Theriot and his wife, Kim of Abbeville, and James Dronet and his wife, Chris of Youngsville; one granddaughter, Zayla Thibodeaux of Lake Arthur; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Nugier Theriot Jr. and the former Annie Lou Davidson; one brother, Francis Theriot; and one sister, Lisa Theriot.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Kaplan, 300 N. Eleazar Avenue, on Sunday, December 23, 2012 from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. with a rosary being prayed at 6 p.m.; Monday, December 24, from 8 a.m. until services.
