Abbeville—Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Rosa Mae Menard Viator, 73, who died Monday, January 7, 2013 at Kaplan Healthcare Center.

She will be laid to rest at Leroy Cemetery with Deacon Randy Hyde officiating the services.

She is survived by three sons, James Steve Sonnier and his wife, Iris of Abbeville, Gary Sonnier and Mona Nichols of Kaplan and Daren Sonnier and his wife, Jennifer of Abbeville; five grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ersan Menard and the former Odeal Pommier; son, Jerry Sonnier; and three sisters, Lilly Bunker, Lula Hebert and Bea Johnson.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
