Traveling was another of her joys. She has been to 47 states in addition to Canada and Mexico. Listening to and singing hymns were tops on her list as her very favorite pastime. In addition to being a homemaker, she worked many years as a bookkeeper at the Abbeville Commission Company.
The family would like to extend special thanks and express sincere gratitude to the entire staff at Eastridge Nursing Center for their loving care, compassion and friendship. Your love, support and compassion touched our hearts and will forever be remembered.
Also, a very special word of thanks to Reverend John Vining and the wonderful church family at the Abbeville United Methodist Church for their prayers, support, compassion and comfort, all of which have been blessings beyond measure.
