Marjorie Mae “Singsie” Broussard Dupuy

March 9, 1926 — January 27, 2013

Abbeville—Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville honoring the life of Marjorie Mae Broussard Dupuy, 86, who died Sunday, January 27, 2013 at her residence.

She will be laid to rest at St. Mary Magdalen Cemetery with Mr. Patrick Braquet officiating the services. Pallbearers will be Greg Duhon, Chase Lege, Eric Dupuy, Scott Dupuy, Shannon Bertrand and Andre Bertrand.

She is survived by her son, Roland Christopher Dupuy and his wife Charmaine; daughter, Katherine Dupuy Frederick and her husband Donald; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roland F. Dupuy, father, Mark J. Broussard; mother, Mae Harkins Broussard; father-in-law, Fernand Dupuy; and mother-in-law, Loretta Dupuy.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Vincent Funeral Home - Abbeville, 209 S. St. Charles Street, on Monday, January 28, 2013 from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.; Tuesday, January 29, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. until time of services.
